These services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:
- Upload, process, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Upload content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Use the Services to process images containing child exploitation material (CSAM) — this is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Site's servers or infrastructure
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Services without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
- Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Site
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the images and files you upload to our Services. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, temporary license solely to process your files as requested. This license terminates immediately after processing is complete. We claim no ownership over your content.
4.2 Our Content
The Site, including its design, layout, text, graphics, logos, icons, and code, is the property of ImageMax and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
5. File Processing & Storage
Files uploaded to our Services are processed on our servers and are automatically deleted immediately after processing. We do not store, retain, or back up your files beyond the time required to complete the requested operation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of your original files. We are not responsible for any loss of data.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep our Services available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice or liability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ImageMax and its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ImageMax and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
